- What do I need on my computer to use StartPR?
- All you need is a modern web browser (sorry Internet Explorer 5 and 6 are not modern) such as Firefox 2 or 3, Safari, Internet Explorer 7 or 8. Other browsers might work, but we don't recommend them.
- Do I have to commit to a long term contract?
- No! Everyone of our plans is a month to month thing. If you decide you no longer want to keep using StartPR, just cancel your account. Details on how to cancel your account can be viewed in your account's admin page. We want you to be happy, and not feel chained to something that doesn't suit your business.
- What types of social media do you guys search through?
- We currently use several blog specific search engines (Google, Technorati, IceRocket, BlogPulse, Techmeme, and Twitter) to scan over a hundred million blogs. We use summize to search through public twitter feeds. We also use friendfeed to scan through anything else we might have missed on the social networks.
- I need way more than 35 topics, help!
